Hyde Park bandstand, 1999

The bandstand in London's Hyde Park as it looked on an ordinary day in October 1999.  This is ostensibly where Fred Astaire danced the "Isn't it a Lovely Day to be Caught in the Rain" number with Ginger Rogers in TOP HAT (1935).
